Established in 2002 as a private owned and family oriented firm, Cabrera & Associates, Inc was founded by Gerson Cabrera with the purpose of providing convenient service and support to individuals and later to corporations in the business development fields of investment, management, personnel and security operations. What was once a word of mouth and referral only service, has transformed into an institution heading towards today’s demand and success.

At the early stages of operations, Cabrera & Associates, Inc began consulting for greater market opportunities to generate a stronger client base. For some time, things looked very well from a marketing point of view, but it wasn’t enough to fulfill the vision of its founder. Since very little was known about the firm, Cabrera & Associates, Inc took the initiative to strategically approach other firms with similar interest to gain client expertise and reputation. The success of the decision made Cabrera & Associates, Inc take its business to the next level.

In October 2004, Cabrera & Associates, Inc joined Tower Financial for real estate management and investment opportunities. While on board, Cabrera & Associates, Inc gained a great deal of knowledge in the Real Estate and Commercial Investments Market. Having only been a partner for several months, Cabrera & Associates, Inc was able to acquire and manage over $1.6M in properties alone. Taking advantage of the Real Estate Market, Cabrera & Associates, Inc continued to pursue experience and growth. In 2005, Gerson Cabrera was deployed to Iraq resulting in all major investment operations being put on hold. Upon his return, Gerson Cabrera got back on track and continued operations.

As the market evolved, business continued on course, however, due to major setbacks with partners in joint firms, Gerson Cabrera decided to pursue his own interests by making Cabrera & Associates, Inc a private independent firm in 2006. Having received extensive knowledge in Real Estate and Commercial investments and with encouragement of other individuals in similar businesses, Cabrera & Associates, Inc settled in Boca Raton where he continues to operate and explore other business opportunities in the South Florida area.

Today, Cabrera & Associates, Inc is working on Project “Tracers” with guidance and experience of Thomas McGrat of Jacksonville, NC. Thomas McGrat is a retired US Service member and business owner with over 30 years of experience in business development and business management. Project “Tracers” will be fully operational and available for business to the public in 2011.
